Pressure Cooker Spaghetti & Meatballs Recipe

I love having my Ninja Foodi (affiliate link) so I can make spaghetti and meatballs with the pressure cooker. It’s so easy to make and only one pot to clean up! If you don’t have a Ninja Foodi, you can make this in any pressure cooker.

Ingredients:
- 10-12 oz italian style frozen meatballs (use 1 lb if you like what feels like too many meatballs, at least to me)
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles broken in half
- 1 c water
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
- parmesan cheese, if desired

Directions:
1. Place meatballs in pressure cooker.
2. Top meatballs with spaghetti, spreading them out well.
3. Pour water and broth in pot.
4. Top with spaghetti sauce, do NOT stir
5. Pressure cook on high for 9 minutes and then do a quick release.
6. Open device and stir. You may need to let it sit for a bit so the sauce thickens up.
7. Top with parmesan cheese, if you want.
